TELEMARKETING SKILLS

A one day course for telesales staff to help them increase sales or sales appointments...

Do you need to use the telephone to find and win business? Are you uncomfortable cold calling? Can you build rapport over the ‘phone? Do you get nervous and speak to fast? Are you often asked to repeat yourself? Do you find it hard to keep going when you have a long list of names to call?

You may be in a sales support role, work in a call centre, arrange appointments for others or cold calling. In all cases, it is important to sound and feel professional when telemarketing. This program teaches key skills to ensure that you are more confident and productive on the phone. Practical examples are used to help you apply skills to your workplace.

Pre-requisite

Teamocracy's 1 day Telephone Skills program (or other similar course undertaken in the past 24 months) or experience in telesales or telemarketing is a pre-requisite to this program

They use a range of training methods with a strong focus on incorporating different learning techniques to ensure the success of each training event. Our training is highly interactive. Small class sizes allow for maximum learning. Personal coaching is available.
