In this one day workshop participants will have the opportunity to make more visible the skills and knowledge that constitute their resistance resources, and have the chance to build on these skills and knowledge by examining cognitive, emotional, physical and nutritional factors that both foster and support health, performance and wellbeing. Towards Health Performance and Wellbeing is divided into three modules. Each module is experiential, interactive and fun, with plenty of time being provided for the practice of skills and strategies you can do at your desk, while you are out and about, and at home.
