Business Writing Skills A course to improve your written communication skills... This workshop develops written communication skills for those who write letters, reports and documents. Through practical exercises, useful examples and discussions you will learn how to effectively communicate through writing. You will understand the key elements of writing letters and other business documents and learn how to write positively. Through understanding the importance of planning, tone, punctuation, grammar and sentence structuring you will be better equipped to communicate to both your internal and external clients.
